Responsibilities
- Maintain strict confidentiality of customer data.

- Generate high-quality human insight data across multiple modalities.
- Make sound judgments and logical decisions with ambiguous or incomplete information.
- Analyze root causes of errors and propose solutions to improve labeling quality.
- Identify and suggest improvements for operational issues in Standard Operating Procedures and tools.
- Provide floor support for internal queries during execution.
- Perform foundational labeling functions such as dialogue evaluation on speech, text, audio, and video data.
Requirements
- An Associate's Degree or related work experience.
- Strong business writing skills for creating reports, proposals, and professional correspondence.
- Advanced reading comprehension for analyzing complex business documents.
- Developed analytical thinking and structured problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to interpret and implement detailed instructions across various projects.
- Proficient research skills with experience gathering and synthesizing information from multiple sources.
- Proven attention to detail in managing complex tasks and documents.
- C1 English language proficiency.

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 2+ years of professional work experience with demonstrated task execution ability.
- Proven capacity to leverage open-source resources effectively for comprehensive research.
