Ansvarsområden

  • Contribute to issue tracking through escalations and seeking guidance.
  • Participate in daily safety briefings and complete required training.
  • Complete assigned tickets efficiently, meeting KPIs and SLAs.
  • Comply with security and data management procedures.
  • Maintain a client focus to understand the impact of work.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment by sharing information and asking questions.
  • Take pride and ownership in the quality and completeness of data center facilities.

Krav

  • Completed High/Secondary School, GED, apprenticeship/vocational qualification, or equivalent experience.
  • Basic knowledge of computer hardware and components.
  • Ability to meet Microsoft, customer, and/or government security screening requirements (including Microsoft Cloud Background Check).

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Some experience supporting IT equipment or related technology.
  • Applicable certifications: CompTIA (A+, Server+, Network+), Basic Structure Cabling (BSC).
  • A driving licence would be beneficial.
