Responsibilities

Requirements
- Completed High/Secondary School, GED, apprenticeship/vocational qualification, or equivalent experience.
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware and components.
- Ability to meet Microsoft, customer, and/or government security screening requirements (including Microsoft Cloud Background Check).
Desired Qualifications
- Some experience supporting IT equipment or related technology.
- Applicable certifications: CompTIA (A+, Server+, Network+), Basic Structure Cabling (BSC).
- A driving licence would be beneficial.
