Ansvarsområden

Develop and maintain 2D and 3D plant layouts for industrial processing projects.
Define layout solutions based on process, equipment, piping, structural, safety, and operational requirements.
Coordinate layout reviews and support technical validation with internal and external stakeholders.
Identify design improvements, technical risks, and project deviations, and propose solutions.
Ensure compliance with company standards, engineering procedures, hygienic design principles, and food safety requirements.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including process, automation, project management, sourcing, and site execution.
Support customer discussions, installation activities, and technical issue resolution.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support the development of junior engineers.

Krav

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
At least 8-12 years of experience in mechanical design engineering and industrial plant layout development within the food or process industry.
Strong knowledge of mechanical engineering principles, plant engineering, and layout integration.
Experience with Autodesk tools, including Inventor and AutoCAD.
Understanding of food safety requirements, hygienic design principles, and risk assessment methodologies.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently in an international and multicultural environment while maintaining a strong team-oriented approach.
Strong English communication skills.
10% potential travel.
