Ansvarsområden
- Work in CAD tools with 3D models as parts, components, and/or assemblies.
- Manage data using PDM and follow processes related to configuration management.
- Create and/or manage drawing templates and guidelines related to projects.
- Implement ANSI drawing standards.
- Create/modify mechanical 2D drawings and 3D Models using CAD tools.
- Gain knowledge of manufacturability and product configuration methods.
- Interact with internal and external personnel.
- Work with moderate guidance on projects.
Krav
- Working towards a mechanical engineering degree, technical/business school, or equivalent.
- Completed Sophomore year or greater at time of hire.
- Experience may include comprehensive knowledge of CAD tools, software and other technologies.
- Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or better.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
- Must be a U.S. citizen.
Önskade kvalifikationer
- Prior Co-Op experience is preferred, but not required.
- Experience with SolidWorks, SolidWorks PDM, configuration management.
- Experience with ASME Y14.5 GD&T.
- Experience with tolerance stack-up assessment.
- Experience in managing and tracking BOMs and drawing trees.
