This apprenticeship combines structured learning with hands-on experience in manufacturing engineering over two to four years, focusing on continuous improvement, safety, quality, and productivity.
Ansvarsområden
- Support Manufacturing Engineers with continuous improvement activities across the factory.
- Assist in identifying opportunities to improve safety, quality, delivery and productivity.
- Learn how manufacturing processes, equipment and systems are developed and maintained.
- Assist with the introduction of new tooling, fixtures and manufacturing methods.
- Support manufacturing engineering tasks and projects alongside colleagues while developing technical knowledge and practical skills.
- Assist with manufacturing engineering investigations, improvement activities and project work under the guidance of experienced engineers.
- Support testing, validation and problem-solving activities while learning engineering best practices.
- Work with production, quality, supply chain and various engineering teams to understand successful manufacturing improvement introductions.
