Tetra Pak is seeking a Material Planner for their Planning Hub in Monte Mor, Brazil. This role involves ensuring material availability, optimizing inventory, and supporting supply performance by analyzing demand, executing MRP, and managing supplier relationships. The ideal candidate has a background in supply chain, experience with ERP systems like SAP and advanced Excel, and a passion for digital transformation and continuous improvement.

Ansvarsområden

Ensure material availability according to production requirements while maintaining healthy inventory levels.
Analyze demand, consumption trends, inventory coverage and material requirements to anticipate potential shortages or excess inventory.
Execute and analyze MRP outputs, translating system recommendations into appropriate planning actions.
Maintain and optimize material master data and planning parameters, including safety stock, lot sizes, lead times and other relevant parameters.
Communicate forecasts and requirements to suppliers and follow up on purchase orders and deliveries.
Monitor local, imported and in-transit materials to identify potential supply risks.
Proactively identify shortages and supply constraints and coordinate mitigation actions with relevant stakeholders.
Collaborate with Production Planning, Procurement, Logistics, suppliers and other functions to respond to demand or schedule changes.

Krav

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Data Science, Information Systems or a related field.
Previous experience in Material Planning, Supply Planning or a related Supply Chain role, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
Good understanding of: Material Requirements Planning (MRP), Inventory management, Safety stock and planning parameters, Demand and consumption analysis, Supplier and purchase order follow-up, Supply risk and shortage management.
Experience working with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
Strong analytical capabilities and confidence working with large datasets.
Advanced knowledge of Excel.
Experience with one or more digital/automation technologies such as: Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Python or other scripting languages, SQL or similar data extraction/manipulation tools.

Önskade kvalifikationer

Experience in continuous improvement, Lean or Kaizen initiatives is considered a plus.
English and Spanish are considered a strong plus, particularly for collaboration in a regional Planning Hub environment.
