Ansvarsområden

Manage EDI Inbox: Oversee and process incoming EDI messages for accurate order management.
Short-Term Scheduling: Coordinate daily and weekly production schedules for a 0–3-month horizon.
Order Management: Firm new production orders, advising Planners on material constraints.
Production Order Replanning: Replan existing production orders as needed.
Delivery Capability Analysis: Analyze delivery capability within a 0–3-month perspective.
Continuous Improvement: Suggest and implement measures to secure production volumes and lead times.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Planning, Sourcing and Production teams.
Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual journal entries and cost allocations.

Krav

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Operations, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
3+ years of experience in production scheduling, supply chain, or manufacturing.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Proficiency with ERP/MRP, preferable on Dynamics 365 systems.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Reside in the US or have an established presence in the area.
