Responsibilities
- Manage EDI Inbox: Oversee and process incoming EDI messages for accurate order management.
- Short-Term Scheduling: Coordinate daily and weekly production schedules for a 0–3-month horizon.
- Order Management: Firm new production orders, advising Planners on material constraints.
- Production Order Replanning: Replan existing production orders as needed.
- Delivery Capability Analysis: Analyze delivery capability within a 0–3-month perspective.
- Continuous Improvement: Suggest and implement measures to secure production volumes and lead times.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Planning, Sourcing and Production teams.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual journal entries and cost allocations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Operations, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience in production scheduling, supply chain, or manufacturing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Proficiency with ERP/MRP, preferable on Dynamics 365 systems.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Reside in the US or have an established presence in the area.
