Ansvarsområden
- Lead and coordinate supply chain planning activities in partnership with product groups and operational teams.
- Facilitate monthly supply reviews and drive actions to address supply risks, constraints, and gaps.
- Develop and implement inventory strategies aligned with service, operational, and business objectives.
- Convert demand forecasts into actionable supply and component plans.
- Maintain planning data integrity and support accurate decision-making through analysis and reporting.
- Monitor supply chain performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Partner cross-functionally to optimize end-to-end supply chain processes and support business continuity.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives, process enhancements, and waste reduction efforts.
- Identify, evaluate, and mitigate supply chain risks to maintain operational efficiency and customer service levels.
Krav
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain planning, production planning, materials planning, or a related role within a manufacturing environment.
- Experience working with ERP systems and planning tools.
- Knowledge of supply chain planning principles, inventory management, and manufacturing operations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to use data to support decision-making.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work across functions and levels of the organization.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
