Amazon Pay is seeking an Associate Marketing Manager for Insurance & Wealth in Bengaluru, India. This role involves end-to-end campaign execution across various channels to drive customer acquisition and engagement for financial products like motor insurance, health insurance, and fixed deposits.

Ansvarsområden

  • Own all traffic drivers for Insurance and FD, including onsite merchandising, search, social, push, and performance marketing.
  • Develop and execute integrated campaigns across email, push, in-app, social, and onsite to drive acquisition and policy/FD issuance.
  • Own end-to-end GTM for new product and multi-insurer launches, including messaging, creative briefing, channel planning, and post-launch analysis.
  • Build relationships with insurance partners to negotiate competitive offers and cashbacks.
  • Coordinate with legal/compliance for timely approvals aligned to IRDAI and RBI guidelines.
  • Plan merchandising across homepage, Pay dashboard, search, push, and WhatsApp for leads and renewals.
  • Analyze campaign data to derive actionable insights, optimize spend, and improve key metrics.
  • Present performance, strategy, and recommendations to senior management.
  • Manage the marketing calendar and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders.

Krav

  • 2+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience.
  • Experience with Excel or Tableau for data manipulation, macros, charts, and pivot tables.
  • Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements.
  • Experience with onsite marketing, lifecycle marketing, and digital advertising.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Knowledge of HTML, XML, and Excel.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams to establish strong partnerships with demonstrable results.
