As a Market Operator Intern at IKEA in Shenzhen, China, you will support daily market operations, collaborate with Home Furnishing Suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth business operations, and contribute to operational excellence. This role offers hands-on experience in supply chain and market operations within a global organization.

Ansvarsområden

Support Home Furnishing Suppliers (HFS) buyers in daily operational activities.
Assist with order handling and ensure accurate and timely system updates.
Cooperate with internal stakeholders, including Supply Planners, Packaging Planners, Transport, and Warehouse teams, to maintain business continuity and secure daily operations.
Collect and share relevant market information to support operational performance and decision-making.
Prepare customs clearance documentation based on established templates and supplier requests.
Follow up on operational issues and proactively coordinate solutions with relevant stakeholders.
Ensure timely communication and escalation when necessary.
Contribute to a service-minded and customer-focused way of working.

Krav

Current university student
Available to work from November 2026 to August 2027.
Available to work at least 4 days per week.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
Able to communicate effectively in English, both written and spoken.
