Electrolux is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor for the 2nd shift in Springfield, TN. This role involves providing leadership to a team, focusing on daily continuous improvements, and ensuring key performance indicators for safety, quality, cost, and customer delivery are met. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of manufacturing leadership experience and a Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Ansvarsområden

  • Provide leadership and direction to an assigned team.
  • Focus on daily continuous improvements and team processes to deliver key performance indicators.
  • Drive employee engagement and development.
  • Ensure all Safety, Quality, Cost, and Customer Delivery goals are achieved.
  • Engage and develop team members through utilization of Skills matrix and coaching skills.
  • Own and develop JDS and Skills matrix and create a positive work environment.
  • Ensure effective performance evaluations, appropriate counseling measures, and accurate timecard inputs.
  • Support the Electrolux Management System and implement continuous improvement processes and cost savings.
  • Lead line balancing, time studies, SMED, problem solving, and ensure labor map adherence.
  • Support autonomous maintenance and environmental initiatives.

Krav

  • Minimum 3 years of manufacturing leadership experience, ideally in operations within high-volume.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents & drawings and write detailed reports.
  • Well-versed in process improvement methodologies.
  • Ability to lead and participate in root cause analysis.
  • Experience in Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge in ERP, Time and Attendance, and OEE systems.
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferred.
