Electrolux is looking for a Manufacturing Supervisor for the 1st shift in Springfield, TN. This role involves providing leadership and direction to a team, focusing on daily continuous improvements, and ensuring all Safety, Quality, Cost, and Customer Delivery goals are met. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of manufacturing leadership experience.

Ansvarsområden

  • Provide leadership and direction to an assigned team.
  • Focus on daily continuous improvements and team processes to deliver key performance indicators.
  • Drive employee engagement and development through utilization of Skills matrix and coaching skills.
  • Ensure that all Safety, Quality, Cost and Customer Delivery goals are achieved.
  • Own and develop JDS and Skills matrix and create a positive work environment fostering open communication and dialogue.
  • Ensure effective performance evaluations, appropriate counseling measures and accurate and timely timecard inputs.
  • Support the Electrolux Management System and implement continuous improvement processes and cost savings.
  • Lead line balancing, time studies, SMED, problem solving and ensure labor map adherence.
  • Support autonomous maintenance and environmental initiatives.

Krav

  • Minimum 3 years of manufacturing leadership experience, ideally in operations within high-volume.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents & drawings and write detailed reports.
  • Well-versed in process improvement methodologies.
  • Lead and participate in root cause analysis.
  • Experience in Microsoft Office and knowledge in ERP, Time and Attendance, and OEE systems.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferred.
  • Ability to speak Spanish, a plus.
