Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and direction to an assigned team.
- Focus on daily continuous improvements and team processes to deliver key performance indicators.
- Drive employee engagement and development through utilization of Skills matrix and coaching skills.
- Ensure that all Safety, Quality, Cost and Customer Delivery goals are achieved.
- Own and develop JDS and Skills matrix and create a positive work environment fostering open communication and dialogue.
- Ensure effective performance evaluations, appropriate counseling measures and accurate and timely timecard inputs.
- Support the Electrolux Management System and implement continuous improvement processes and cost savings.
- Lead line balancing, time studies, SMED, problem solving and ensure labor map adherence.
- Support autonomous maintenance and environmental initiatives.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of manufacturing leadership experience, ideally in operations within high-volume.
- Ability to read and interpret documents & drawings and write detailed reports.
- Well-versed in process improvement methodologies.
- Lead and participate in root cause analysis.
- Experience in Microsoft Office and knowledge in ERP, Time and Attendance, and OEE systems.
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree, preferred.
- Ability to speak Spanish, a plus.
