Ansvarsområden

Develop and execute the quality strategy for Actuation Technologies India, aligning with business priorities and customer expectations.
Lead and continuously improve quality management systems, processes, and governance.
Partner with Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain, Project Management, and Global Quality teams to achieve quality goals.
Drive product quality improvements through data analysis, root cause investigation, and corrective/preventive actions.
Support product approvals, certifications, and regulatory requirements.
Strengthen supplier quality performance and promote continuous improvement initiatives.
Lead risk identification and mitigation activities.
Leverage quality analytics and performance metrics for decision-making.
Champion a customer-focused quality culture.
Mentor and develop team members, fostering an inclusive environment.

Krav

Demonstrated experience leading quality functions within a manufacturing, industrial, engineering, or technology-focused environment.
Knowledge of quality management systems, quality assurance methodologies, continuous improvement practices, and problem-solving tools.
Experience developing and implementing quality strategies to improve product quality, process effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.
Ability to analyze quality data, identify trends, and drive corrective and preventive actions.
Experience collaborating across multiple functions and influencing stakeholders.
Knowledge of supplier quality management and quality improvement initiatives.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Commitment to fostering an inclusive, collaborative, and customer-focused culture.

Experience supporting global manufacturing operations or multi-site quality environments.
Knowledge of product approvals, certifications, regulatory requirements, and industry quality standards.
