We are seeking an experienced Program Management professional to lead an operations team and drive program initiatives for the Kindle Content Programs organization. This role involves managing day-to-day operations, strategic programs, and a multi-site team, requiring strong analytical and leadership skills in a fast-paced environment.

Ansvarsområden

Lead a multi-site operations team across two distinct workstreams, owning ongoing operational delivery and strategic programs.
Manage day-to-day operations, capacity planning, and partnership with technology and automation teams.
Lead strategic programs spanning selection growth, publishing guidelines, and change management.
Partner with multiple product teams and centrally manage relationships with third-party service providers.
Build structured governance models that drive people, process, and improvement to optimize customer experience end-to-end.
Drive program objectives: shape strategies, define project plans, manage implementation, and develop processes, documentation, and communications for rollout and ongoing support.

Krav

5+ years of cross-functional project delivery experience
5+ years of program or project management experience
5+ years of working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
Experience managing teams
Comfortable with ambiguity, with strong attention to detail and the ability to set goals, develop strategy, and drive end-to-end execution and optimization
