Amazon is seeking an experienced Manager, Program Management to lead a team focused on Brand Protection within the Intellectual Property Protections (IPP) team. This hybrid role involves people leadership and program delivery, driving proactive prevention of intellectual property abuse globally. The position requires strategic thinking, cross-functional collaboration, and experience managing ambiguous environments.

Ansvarsområden

  • Lead and develop a team of program managers, providing feedback and coaching.
  • Build a high-performing team culture centered on ownership, bias for action, and customer obsession.
  • Establish team-level mechanisms for operational rigor and continuous improvement.
  • Develop and execute strategies to address complex brand protection challenges.
  • Analyze defect trends, abuse patterns, and policy gaps to design scalable mechanisms.
  • Establish key mechanisms, dashboards, and tooling to enhance brand protection capabilities.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives spanning Product, Engineering, Operations, Science, and Policy teams.
  • Influence roadmap prioritization across multiple organizations and ensure program integration.
  • Author and present program updates to senior leadership.
  • Build and maintain deep team expertise in brand abuse and enforcement strategy.

Krav

  • 5+ years of cross-functional project delivery experience
  • 5+ years of program or project management experience
  • 5+ years of working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams
  • Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
  • Experience managing teams

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Experience managing, analyzing and communicating results to senior leadership
  • Master's degree
  • Knowledge of SQL
