Amazon is seeking an experienced Manager, Program Management to lead a team focused on Brand Protection within the Intellectual Property Protections (IPP) team. This hybrid role involves people leadership and program delivery, driving proactive prevention of intellectual property abuse globally. Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team of program managers, providing feedback and coaching.
  • Build a high-performing team culture centered on ownership, bias for action, and customer obsession.
  • Establish team-level mechanisms for operational rigor and continuous improvement.
  • Develop and execute strategies to address complex brand protection challenges.
  • Analyze defect trends, abuse patterns, and policy gaps to design scalable mechanisms.
  • Establish key mechanisms, dashboards, and tooling to enhance brand protection capabilities.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives spanning Product, Engineering, Operations, Science, and Policy teams.
  • Influence roadmap prioritization across multiple organizations and ensure program integration.
  • Author and present program updates to senior leadership.
  • Build and maintain deep team expertise in brand abuse and enforcement strategy.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of cross-functional project delivery experience
  • 5+ years of program or project management experience
  • 5+ years of working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams
  • Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
  • Experience managing teams

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience managing, analyzing and communicating results to senior leadership
  • Master's degree
  • Knowledge of SQL
