Lead Amazon's Anti-Automation Risk Mining team in India, a ~10-person group focused on detecting and stopping emerging fraudulent activities and automated abuse. This role requires people management, strategy development, cross-functional collaboration with tech and non-tech teams, and driving AI/GenAI opportunities to enhance detection capabilities and customer trust.

Ansvarsområden

Lead, coach, and grow a team of ~10 Risk Analysts and investigators, owning hiring, performance management, career development, and team culture.
Own the Anti-Automation and Risk Mining strategy roadmap, anticipating bot evolution and prioritizing high-risk automated modus operandi (MOs).
Set and uphold the quality bar for investigations, deep dives, and MO documentation, and own vertical-level metrics for detection volume, speed, and precision.
Partner with Machine Learning, Engineering, and Product teams to translate findings into scalable, automated upstream defenses.
Collaborate with other Risk Mining verticals and partner teams on joint investigations and shared signals.
Own the operational health of the vertical, including ticket ageing, SLAs, rule governance, SEV-2 reduction, and audit-ready SOPs.
Serve as the senior point of accountability for high-severity incidents and executive escalations.
Drive automation and GenAI opportunities to amplify team throughput and quality, measuring realized ROI.

Krav

3+ years of people management and team development experience.
3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience.
5+ years of experience in program management, strategy, risk management, trust & safety, or a related field.
Experience using data and metrics to back up assumptions and implement effective solutions.
Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization.

Master's degree or equivalent.
Experience driving AI/automation-enabled process improvements, with a strong interest in applying GenAI to operational workflows.
