Manage a shift within the Relay Operations Center (ROC), focusing on team performance improvement and operational efficiency for Amazon's transportation network. This role requires identifying and resolving exceptions, analyzing network data, and communicating with internal and external stakeholders. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, along with strong analytical and management skills, is necessary.

Ansvarsområden

Manage a shift, identifying opportunities to improve team performance and owning change management.
Develop and refer to performance metrics to drive team performance and business results.
Identify business impact of trends and make data-backed decisions.
Become a subject matter expert (SME) of the process.
Communicate with external customers (Carriers, Vendors/Suppliers) and internal customers (Retail, Finance, Software Support, Fulfillment Centers).
Escalate problems or variances in information and data to relevant owners and follow through on resolutions.
Perform ad-hoc reporting and analysis as per requirement.
Serve as an escalation point for transportation specialists.
Own process/business level reports/actions and drive compliance.

Krav

1+ years of employee and performance management experience.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience.
Ability to pull data from databases (using Excel, Access, SQL and/or other data management systems) is a plus.
Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.

Önskade kvalifikationer

Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, operations, engineering, analytics or related field.
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel at an advanced level, including: pivot tables, macros, index/match, vlookup, VBA, data links, etc.
