Qualcomm is seeking an Engineering Operations Manager in Toronto, Ontario to manage operational and headcount budgets, work cross-functionally with finance and engineering teams, and provide process analysis and support for product development. This role involves forecasting, setting budgets, and collaborating with stakeholders to execute strategy.

Ansvarsområden

  • Participates in the development or improvement of tools and processes to increase efficiency.
  • Participates in training development.
  • Collects, analyzes, and consolidates metrics data.
  • Compiles and organizes budget and project information needed to develop budgets.
  • Participates in the tracking and compiling of engineering expenses and timelines against budgets.
  • Participates in creating budget reports quarterly or as needed.

Krav

  • Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of Engineering Operations or related work experience.
  • OR Associate's degree and 8+ years of Engineering Operations or related work experience.
  • OR High School Diploma or equivalent and 10+ years of Engineering Operations or related work experience.
  • Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 8+ years of Engineering Operations, Program Management, or related work experience.
  • 1+ year of experience working in a large matrixed organization.
  • 1+ year of work experience in a role requiring interaction with senior leadership (e.g., Director level and above).
  • 1+ year of experience working with operating budgets and/or project financials.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Completed advanced degrees in a relevant field may be substituted for up to two years (Master’s = one year, Doctorate = two years) of work experience.
