Responsibilities
- Participates in the development or improvement of tools and processes to increase efficiency.
- Participates in training development.
- Collects, analyzes, and consolidates metrics data.
- Compiles and organizes budget and project information needed to develop budgets.
- Participates in the tracking and compiling of engineering expenses and timelines against budgets.
- Participates in creating budget reports quarterly or as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of Engineering Operations or related work experience.
- OR Associate's degree and 8+ years of Engineering Operations or related work experience.
- OR High School Diploma or equivalent and 10+ years of Engineering Operations or related work experience.
- Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
- 8+ years of Engineering Operations, Program Management, or related work experience.
- 1+ year of experience working in a large matrixed organization.
- 1+ year of work experience in a role requiring interaction with senior leadership (e.g., Director level and above).
- 1+ year of experience working with operating budgets and/or project financials.
Desired Qualifications
- Completed advanced degrees in a relevant field may be substituted for up to two years (Master’s = one year, Doctorate = two years) of work experience.
