Google is looking for an experienced Manager, Customer Success Acceleration to lead teams focused on digital media and advertising solutions. This role involves partnering with executive stakeholders, driving e-commerce strategy, and mentoring digital media specialists to enhance ROI and customer lifetime value. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer relationships, team leadership, and ideally, AI adoption for operational efficiency.

Partner with executive stakeholders to build and drive a holistic e-commerce and multi-channel strategy.
Partner actively with sales leadership to align priorities, address customer needs, and achieve quarterly goals.
Lead and coach digital media specialist teams to drive marketing objectives, achieve account-level excellence, and enhance ROI.
Mobilize and enable your team to problem-solve for customer lifetime value, nurture strong sales partnerships, and fulfill core business objectives.
Provide continuous team mentorship, conduct meaningful career evaluations, and facilitate professional development plans.
Foster a collaborative team-first internal culture.
Drive proactive AI adoption and cross-functional collaboration across sales, product, and program management.
Execute Google’s Ads go-to-market strategy while taking bold, calculated risks.

Krav

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
11 years of experience developing relationships with customers, and working with digital media or digital marketing/advertising solutions.
5 years of experience leading, mentoring, and developing teams.

Önskade kvalifikationer

Master's degree or equivalent practical experience.
Experience applying AI for automation and operationalizing AI-driven workflows.
Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders across organizational boundaries to influence across teams with similar objectives, aligning resources and direction.
Experience working in customer relationship development by working with digital media or digital marketing/advertising solutions.
Familiarity with offline media, brand lift, marketing measurement and attribution techniques and Google advertising products.
Understanding of media industry issues to advance Google's forward-looking strategies within the marketplace by being a creative and performance-minded thinker.
