Amazon India seeks a Manager, Category Manager to lead the Home Entertainment business, owning its P&L for growth and profitability. This role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and operational excellence to manage a team, expand selection, and enhance customer experience.

Ansvarsområden

  • End-to-end ownership of the Home Entertainment business P&L, delivering topline growth, contribution margin, and free cash flow targets.
  • Manage a diverse team comprising category managers, program managers, and business analysts, driving clarity of goals, accountability, and mentorship.
  • Build and scale new brands by collaborating with manufacturers in China, the US, and Korea, leveraging deep supply-side relationships and product development expertise.
  • Introduce high-quality, relevant selection tailored to Indian customer needs and preferences across varied price points.
  • Identify and execute initiatives across Ads, Co-op, Seller Reimbursements, and Brand Mix to optimize profitability and deliver CMLF goals.
  • Partner with Marketing, Ops, and Product teams to deliver industry-leading customer experience across detail pages, delivery, and post-purchase.
  • Develop and execute the annual operating plan, balancing short-term inputs with long-term category strategy.

Krav

  • 3+ years of team management experience.
  • 5+ years of account management, project or program management or buying experience.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience with vendor negotiations, pricing and promotion or inventory management.
  • Experience driving internal cross-team collaboration.
  • Experience at a senior level in the fashion industry ideally in an e-commerce, retail, key account management or consulting role.
