Ameristar Perimeter Security USA is looking for a skilled Maintenance Tech in Tulsa, OK, for a 1st shift position (Monday-Friday, 5:00 am - 3:30 pm). The role involves troubleshooting and repairing hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanical assemblies, and performing preventative maintenance using CMMS software.

Ansvarsområden

Complete troubleshooting and repair of hydraulics and pneumatics.
Perform preventative maintenance and emergency repairs on manufacturing equipment.
Replace bearings and bearing assemblies.
Repair and replace mechanical assemblies and equipment.
Install gearboxes.
Complete work orders via CMMS software, aiming for 80% utilization.
Rebuild drive shafts.
Weld damaged equipment and fabricate new equipment.
Adhere to all lockout/tagout procedures.

Krav

Technical training and certification preferred.
PM tech level 2 experience.
Experience troubleshooting and repairing hydraulic assemblies.
Experience troubleshooting and repairing pneumatic assemblies.
Experience troubleshooting bearings.
Experience troubleshooting and repairing basic electrical circuits.
Must be able to operate CMMS software and fill out work orders.
Must maintain punctual and reliable attendance.
Must complete all tasks in a professional manner.
Ability to operate specialized and basic hand tools.
Must be able to use bearing pullers, bearing heater, and press.
Ability to read and understand blueprints and schematics.
Ability to be a contributing and collaborative team member.
Must have own tools including sockets and wrenches up to 1” and 25mm.
