Tetra Pak seeks an open-minded Maintenance Engineer in Lisbon, Portugal, to join their Customer Service Operations team. This role involves delivering high-quality technical services, installing, commissioning, and maintaining equipment, and providing customer support, requiring extensive travel (75%) to client sites.

Ansvarsområden

  • Install, commission and maintain equipment and installations of Filling Machines and Distribution Equipment at customer sites in Lisbon and sometimes in other European countries.
  • Perform troubleshooting and fault-finding services on site and by phone.
  • Conduct production supervision and operator training at customer sites.
  • Establish and maintain positive customer relationships, including support and follow-up on concerns.

Krav

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in electronic or electro-mechanical engineering, or equal experience.
  • 1-2 years work experience in electro-mechanical maintenance.
  • 1-2 years experience in PLC, electrical and electronic systems.
  • Ability to repair machines onsite.
  • Willingness to travel extensively in Portugal and foreign countries (especially Angola, Spain).
  • Native level of Portuguese.
  • Good command of English (writing/reporting skills essential).
  • Spanish is an asset.
  • Valid driving license.
  • Good command of computer skills.
  • Proven understanding of Customer Satisfaction and business vision.
  • Work permit to work in Portugal.
