Tetra Pak seeks an open-minded Maintenance Engineer in Lisbon, Portugal, to join their Customer Service Operations team. This role involves delivering high-quality technical services, installing, commissioning, and maintaining equipment, and providing customer support, requiring extensive travel (75%) to client sites.
Responsibilities
- Install, commission and maintain equipment and installations of Filling Machines and Distribution Equipment at customer sites in Lisbon and sometimes in other European countries.
- Perform troubleshooting and fault-finding services on site and by phone.
- Conduct production supervision and operator training at customer sites.
- Establish and maintain positive customer relationships, including support and follow-up on concerns.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in electronic or electro-mechanical engineering, or equal experience.
- 1-2 years work experience in electro-mechanical maintenance.
- 1-2 years experience in PLC, electrical and electronic systems.
- Ability to repair machines onsite.
- Willingness to travel extensively in Portugal and foreign countries (especially Angola, Spain).
- Native level of Portuguese.
- Good command of English (writing/reporting skills essential).
- Spanish is an asset.
- Valid driving license.
- Good command of computer skills.
- Proven understanding of Customer Satisfaction and business vision.
- Work permit to work in Portugal.
