Supervise machining shifts and lead personnel in machining, welding, and hydrostatic testing areas. Manage CNC operations, cutting tools, and raw material inventory to optimize costs and production. Requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, bilingualism, and 3-5 years of related experience.

Ansvarsområden

Supervise shifts in the machining area.
Lead machining, welding, and hydrostatic testing personnel.
Train personnel in CNC machine operation and programming, and safe use of cutting tools.
Identify accurate cutting tools for each machining operation.
Manage and control the use of cutting tools for machining and fine finishing on different metals.
Maintain a system of maximum and minimum raw material stock to supply production requirements without exceeding goals.
Chart usage times, effective utilization, and waste of CNC machines.
Develop waste reduction plans.
Reduce machining costs and optimize cost per machining hour (hrs-machine, hrs-man).

Krav

Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience.
Bilingual 80%
5 years of related experience (machining process management, CNC programming, 3D drawings using Gibbscam software) with a Bachelor’s degree; or 3 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD without experience; or equivalent work experience.
Experience in personnel supervision and machining usage (labor hours, machine-hours).
Experience in fine machining of various metals such as stainless steel, carbon steel, aluminum, bronze, brass, nickel alloys, etc.
Experience in developing resource management systems (personnel, machine use, raw material inventory, tooling) at a break-even point.
Experience in welding carbon steel and stainless steel metal parts with MIG and TIG welding machines.
Availability and documentation to travel to the USA.
