Medeco Security Locks seeks a full-time Machine Operator in Salem, VA, to operate CNC machinery and perform assembly for high-security locks. The role requires a high school diploma, mechanical aptitude, basic computer skills, and the ability to lift up to 40 lbs. Ansvarsområden

Operate CNC machinery, playing a critical role in assembling components.
Perform assembly and secondary machining.
Collaborate with peers and supervisor to synchronize production schedules and set new standards of productivity and efficiency.
Champion quality and punctuality to exceed customer expectations.
Engage in team strategizing to enhance performance, tackle challenges, and elevate workplace safety and organization.
Meet and surpass performance benchmarks.

Krav

High School diploma or equivalency.
Mechanically inclined with a knack for mathematics and technology.
Ability to understand, operate, and troubleshoot machinery.
Basic computer skills.
Physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds (occasionally) and navigate a manufacturing production floor.
Team-oriented mindset with effective communication skills.

Önskade kvalifikationer

Experience operating CNC machinery is a plus.
Familiarity with assembly and secondary machining processes.
