Atlas Copco Algeria is seeking a Logistics Specialist, Local-WLOL for their Zeralda Customer Center. This full-time, on-site role involves managing logistics operations, order processing via SAP, inventory oversight, and customs compliance. The ideal candidate has 2-3 years of experience, fluency in French and English, and strong SAP and Excel skills.

Ansvarsområden

  • Manage logistics operations, orders, flows, and product availability in line with Atlas Copco standards and local regulations.
  • Oversee the end-to-end order process within SAP, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Organize shipments, manage stock levels, and ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
  • Collaborate with sales, finance, warehouse, and service teams, acting as a liaison for communication and issue resolution.
  • Handle customs documentation and clearance processes.
  • Monitor goods in transit and maintain precise logistics records.
  • Liaise with logistics service providers, freight forwarders, carriers, and customs officials.
  • Prepare and verify necessary logistics and customs documents.

Krav

  • Completion of an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Business, or a related field.
  • Two to three years of professional experience in logistics roles, ideally within industrial sectors or customer service centers.
  • Fluency in French.
  • Professional proficiency in English.
  • Advanced expertise with SAP logistics modules (order processing, stock management).
  • Comprehensive knowledge of import/export operations and Algerian customs procedures.
  • Experience in monitoring goods in transit and managing international logistics flows.
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Excel for analysis, reporting, and data management.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with proactive communication skills.
  • Collaborative team player.
  • Analytical thinker who anticipates challenges and implements effective solutions.
