Responsibilities
- Manage logistics operations, orders, flows, and product availability in line with Atlas Copco standards and local regulations.
- Oversee the end-to-end order process within SAP, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Organize shipments, manage stock levels, and ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
- Collaborate with sales, finance, warehouse, and service teams, acting as a liaison for communication and issue resolution.
- Handle customs documentation and clearance processes.
- Monitor goods in transit and maintain precise logistics records.
- Liaise with logistics service providers, freight forwarders, carriers, and customs officials.
- Prepare and verify necessary logistics and customs documents.
Requirements
- Completion of an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Business, or a related field.
- Two to three years of professional experience in logistics roles, ideally within industrial sectors or customer service centers.
- Fluency in French.
- Professional proficiency in English.
- Advanced expertise with SAP logistics modules (order processing, stock management).
- Comprehensive knowledge of import/export operations and Algerian customs procedures.
- Experience in monitoring goods in transit and managing international logistics flows.
- Proficient use of Microsoft Excel for analysis, reporting, and data management.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a deadline-driven environment.
- Customer-oriented mindset with proactive communication skills.
