Arla søger en Lærings- og Udviklingskonsulent (Barselsvikariat) i Aarhus, Danmark. Du vil samarbejde globalt om at levere og forbedre udviklingsinitiativer, designe og facilitere workshops og løse læringsbehov. Stillingen løber fra 1. januar 2027 til 1. januar 2028.

Ansvarsområden

Manage and coordinate personal development offerings, including participant communication, administration and evaluation.
Consult on learning needs and suitable solutions, including e-learning and other learning formats.
Design and facilitate selected workshops, kick-off sessions and learning events.
Drive learning portfolio improvements through stakeholder insights, programme evaluations and capability gap analysis.

Krav

At least 2 years of relevant professional experience, ideally within learning & development, HR, talent development or project coordination.
Experience driving projects and collaborating with multiple stakeholders across functions and geographies.
Experience from an international environment, preferably within a global organization.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable translating insights into tangible solutions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
