Volvo Group India is seeking a strategic People & Culture expert to lead Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI), Health & Wellbeing, and Employee Experience. This senior individual contributor role focuses on creating an inclusive, healthy, and engaging workplace by developing and implementing integrated programs, policies, and practices.

Ansvarsområden

Develop, implement, and drive the DEI roadmap aligned with global and local priorities.
Strengthen inclusion, belonging, respect, psychological safety, and equitable opportunity across the employee lifecycle.
Design and deliver initiatives addressing inclusion priorities such as persons with diverse abilities, LGBTQ+ inclusion, and diverse life stages.
Own employee resource groups, employee-led communities, and allyship programs.
Review workplace practices, policies, and facilities to identify barriers and recommend improvements.
Build leader and manager capability in inclusive leadership and bias awareness.
Design and deliver a comprehensive health and wellbeing roadmap supporting physical, mental, emotional, and social wellbeing.
Lead health promotion activities, workshops, webinars, and campaigns.
Partner with healthcare providers and wellbeing experts to enhance program quality.
Promote mental health awareness and access to support, including Employee Assistance Programmes (EAPs).
Develop inclusive wellbeing interventions recognizing differing employee needs and work contexts.
Encourage healthy work practices, supportive conversations, and sustainable performance.
Monitor and analyze wellbeing indicators and employee feedback.
Execute actions emerging from employee listening and engagement surveys.
Identify opportunities to improve key employee moments across the employee lifecycle.
Partner with the P&C community to strengthen employee voice and manager communication.
