As a Lead Engineer for Power and Water Solutions, you will spearhead the engineering delivery of automation projects from design to start-up. You will collaborate with diverse teams and customers to ensure high-quality, innovative solutions, while fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment.

Ansvarsområden

Lead engineering activities for Ovation DCS FEED, design, configuration, testing, commissioning, and start-up.
Minimize execution costs while maintaining schedule and quality standards.
Partner with project leadership to understand customer needs and deliver solutions.
Coordinate technical activities and provide guidance to engineering team members and stakeholders.
Support project planning with engineering input on schedules, resources, progress, and risks.
Serve as a primary technical contact for customers.
Contribute to procurement by preparing technical specifications and supporting supplier engagements.
Monitor project scope and manage changes affecting engineering deliverables.
Ensure engineering activities comply with quality standards, customer requirements, and safety expectations.
Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment.
Support business growth with technical expertise in proposals and bids.
Collaborate with suppliers, subcontractors, and global Emerson teams.
Continuously develop and share technical knowledge and best practices.

Krav

Experience supporting the design, implementation, testing, and commissioning of industrial automation or control system projects.
Knowledge of automation systems, industrial networks, and communication protocols.
Ability to coordinate technical activities, manage priorities, and contribute to successful project execution.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, and cross-functional stakeholders.
Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
Willingness and ability to travel as required.
Valid driver's license.

Önskade kvalifikationer

Educational background in Automation Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering, Electronics, or a related technical discipline.
Experience with distributed control systems (DCS), including Ovation™ or comparable automation platforms.
Experience working on projects within the power generation, energy, or process industries.
Knowledge of Safety Instrumented Systems (SIS).
Experience leading technical teams, mentoring colleagues, or coordinating engineering activities.
Proficiency in an additional European language.
