This role drives strategic consulting engagements within the infrastructure management domain, providing technical leadership and architectural direction to deliver innovative solutions aligned with client business objectives. The position is responsible for shaping infrastructure transformation initiatives, ensuring best practices, and fostering technical excellence across complex environments.

Ansvarsområden

Implement experience in security tools such as Firewalls, Proxy, NAC, PKI, Endpoint security, SIEM, WAF.
Implement cloud security controls in AWS/Azure/GCP and security tool implementation in cloud platforms.
Provide technical support and documentation for data center and cloud security design.
Plan security tool migration from data center to cloud solutions.
Assess customer security posture and recommend improvements.
Design security solutions and prepare High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD).
Vet RFP solutions, responses, and designs.
Provide solution/support due diligence for new and existing customers.
Provide technical support to the team and projects during escalations.
Manage vendor relationships.
Define SLAs.
Prepare project documents like Project Plan, Risk Matrix, Run Book, SOP, and implementation documents.
Train BAU team members and new members to enhance their professional skills.

Krav

Implemented experience in a couple of security tools not limited to Perimeter security tools like Firewalls (Palo Alto, Cisco FTD, Checkpoint), Proxy (Zscaler, on prem proxy solution), NAC (Cisco ISE / Aruba Clear pass), PKI / certificate management, Endpoint security (EDR, AV, HIPS DLP, Encryption) etc, SIEM (Qradar, Splunk), WAF (F5 ASM (preferred), Barracuda, Imperva).
Experience with Cloud security (Native security controls in AWS / Azure / GCP) & security tool implementation in cloud platform.
Technical support & documentation support for data center design, cloud security design.
Knowledge for planning security tool migration from data center to cloud solution.
Knowledge to assess security posture of customer and provide recommendation for improvement.
Designed security solution and capable to prepare HLD (high level design) and LLD (low level design) for new requirements.
Worked in vetting RFP solutions, response and design etc..
Provide solution / support due diligence for new customer, existing customer requirement.
Provide technical support for the team & projects during escalation.
Good communication skills (verbal and written).
Follow project guidelines for implementation.
Good presentation skills.
Knowledge in MS Visio for design.
Comfortable working in projects round the clock (24*7) environments.
Team management skills and customer interaction skills.
Experience in managing vendor relationships.
Exposure in defining SLAs.
Prepare documents like Project Plan, Risk matrix, run book, SOP, implementation documents and other related documents.
Good knowledge on ITIL process.
