HCLTech is seeking a Lead Business Analyst in Bengaluru, India. This role requires 5+ years of experience in business analysis, system design, and a strong understanding of modern IT architecture. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and project management skills, with experience in Agile SCRUM teams.

Ansvarsområden

Understand business process (spare parts aftermarket).
Analyze business processes and structure ambiguity.
Identify root causes and connect requirements to outcomes.
Propose options, evaluate impacts, and focus on practical solutions.
Design and own complex software systems according to modern architecture.
Be aware of transaction management, observability, and monitoring of services.
Analyze data flow and business processes based on existing code and data.
Interface with stakeholders to drive requirements, estimations, and reviews.
Work with Agile SCRUM teams and maintain an agile mindset.
Work in teams with DevSecOps responsibilities.

Krav

At least 5 years of experience as an independent Business Analyst.
Experience deciding how IT systems should match business processes.
Mandate to request and evaluate software changes.
Experience designing and owning complex software systems according to modern architecture (SPA js-based frontend, microservices, cloud).
Awareness of transaction management, observability, and monitoring of services.
At least basic JAVA and SQL knowledge.
Ability to analyze data flow and business processes based on existing code and data.
Experience in designing/setting requirements for modern SPA frontend.
Experience creating test case scenarios.
At least 2 past assignments contributing to developing large and complex applications from scratch.
Experience with Agile tools like Azure DevOps.
Experience working in teams with DevSecOps responsibilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proven ability to engage and align stakeholders.
Ability to moderate and facilitate discussions in larger forums.
Ability to work autonomously with limited set of instructions.
Ownership and accountability.

Önskade kvalifikationer

Previous Java + JSP (preferably Struts) experience (valid for at least 1FTE).
Familiarity with modern IT architecture principles: microservices, javascript-based frontend, cloud, containers.
Project management skills.
Ability to request & evaluate software changes.
(can be a full stack developer – 1FTE with hands on experience working with legacy Java/JSP systems and modern architecture)
