HCLTech is seeking a Lead Business Analyst with over 5 years of experience in matching IT systems to business processes and driving software changes. The role involves designing complex systems using modern architecture, understanding transaction management, and possessing basic JAVA+SQL knowledge. Experience with Agile SCRUM and Azure DevOps is essential.

Ansvarsområden

Work as an independent Business Analyst deciding how IT systems should match business processes.
Have a mandate to request & evaluate software changes.
Design and own complex software systems according to modern architecture (SPA js-based frontend, microservices, cloud).
Be aware of transaction management, observability, and monitoring of services.
Analyze data flow and business processes based on existing code and data.
Design and set requirements for modern SPA frontend & create test case scenarios.
Actively contribute to developing large and complex applications from scratch.
Interface with stakeholders and drive requirements, estimations, reviews.
Work with Agile SCRUM team & have an agile mindset.
Work in teams with DevSecOps responsibilities.

Krav

At least 5+ years of experience working as an independent Business Analyst.
Experience designing, owning complex software systems.
Experience with modern architecture (SPA js-based frontend, microservices, cloud).
Awareness of transaction management, observability, monitoring of services.
At least basic JAVA+SQL knowledge.
Ability to analyze data flow and business processes based on existing code and data.
Experience in working with designing/setting requirements for modern SPA frontend.
Experience creating test case scenarios.
At least 2 past assignments where you actively contributed to developing large and complex applications from scratch.
Experience with Agile tools (Azure DevOps).
Experience with working in teams with DevSecOps responsibilities.

Önskade kvalifikationer

Can be a full stack developer – 1FTE with hands on experience working with legacy Java/JSP systems and modern architecture.
