We are looking for a skilled File and Print Services Engineer to manage and maintain enterprise file and print servers, ensuring high availability, security, and compliance. The role involves administering Windows Servers, DFS, managing permissions, and supporting storage technologies.

Ansvarsområden

Administer and support Windows File Servers and Print Servers.
Manage DFS, file shares, NTFS permissions, and access control.
Configure and maintain Print Management Services, printer deployments, and queue management.
Perform file server migrations, upgrades, and data transfers.
Monitor storage utilization and capacity planning.
Implement and maintain file-sharing security policies.
Troubleshoot file access, permissions, and printing issues.
Manage SMB/CIFS protocols and network file sharing.
Support storage technologies including SAN/NAS environments.
Configure and maintain backup and recovery solutions.
Perform incident, problem, and change management activities.
Create and maintain operational documentation and SOPs.
Collaborate with server, network, security, and application teams.
Ensure compliance with organizational security standards and audit requirements.
