I korthet

We are looking for an experienced AWS DynamoDB Engineer to design, build, and optimize scalable NoSQL database solutions for cloud-native, serverless architectures. This role involves close collaboration with software and infrastructure teams to define access patterns, tune performance, and ensure high availability and security of database operations.

Ansvarsområden

Design highly scalable NoSQL data models and define optimal access patterns specific to Amazon DynamoDB.
Monitor and tune database performance, read/write capacities, and query execution times using AWS CloudWatch and internal metrics.
Implement and maintain serverless data tables directly via the DynamoDB API and SDKs.
Establish and enforce robust backup/recovery strategies, point-in-time recovery (PITR), and AWS IAM security/encryption policies.
Assist with database migrations from legacy relational (RDBMS) systems to DynamoDB, utilizing tools like AWS Database Migration Service.
Proactively track system health to ensure maximum uptime and minimal downtime for critical applications.

Krav

Hands-on professional experience with cloud databases, specifically focusing on Amazon DynamoDB and NoSQL modeling.
Deep familiarity with AWS services such as AWS Lambda, API Gateway, S3, and CloudFormation.
Proficiency in back-end development languages including Node.js, TypeScript, or Python.
Solid understanding of distributed systems, CAP theorem, and OLTP (Online Transaction Processing) workloads.
