This role involves managing and resolving advanced LAN/WAN network issues in India to ensure operational stability and security. Key responsibilities include troubleshooting complex issues, conducting root cause analysis, proactive monitoring, and mentoring team members on best practices.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex LAN/WAN connectivity and performance issues.
Implement and maintain ITIL-aligned processes for incident, problem, and change management.
Conduct root cause analysis for escalated network incidents and execute remediation strategies.
Proactively monitor network infrastructure using tools like SolarWinds or Cisco Prime.
Maintain and update comprehensive network documentation and knowledge bases.
Mentor and deliver technical training to team members on LAN/WAN management best practices.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of network-related issues.

Krav

Advanced proficiency in LAN/WAN technologies, including configuration and troubleshooting of routers, switches, and firewalls (Cisco, Juniper, or equivalent).
Solid understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP, MPLS, VLANs, VPN).
Strong experience with network monitoring and management tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Cisco Prime).
Indepth knowledge of ITIL processes and their application in network support operations.
Good awareness of security best practices and data privacy standards.
Ability to analyze and resolve technical issues independently and communicate solutions effectively.

Önskade kvalifikationer

Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) or equivalent certification is optional but valuable.
ITIL Foundation certification is recommended.
