Autoliv Hefei Steering Wheels is looking for a Launch Project Management Advanced Engineer to oversee project planning and execution within the plant. This role involves animating cross-functional teams, interfacing with various departments, and ensuring manufacturing readiness for product or process transfers.

Ansvarsområden

Support other project engineers and assist department manager for team improvement and management.
Set up and follow up project planning, timely execution of APDS tasks addressed to the plant.
Animate a cross-functional team supporting the project in the plant.
Interface with development/sales/purchasing teams in China and/or overseas.
Ensure plant readiness including all required manufacturing resources (lines, machines, molds, gauges, procurement, human resources, documentation…)
Facilitate trouble-free product or process transfers from oversea operations to China.
Ensure good project hand-over with production.
Lead the customer delivery before SOP, DV and PV parts building, etc.

Krav

Experience in project management.
Familiarity with manufacturing processes.
Ability to manage cross-functional teams.
Experience with product or process transfers.

Önskade kvalifikationer

Advanced Specialist in Manufacturing.
Senior Process Engineer background may be beneficial.
