Sandvik Mining is seeking a Key Account Coordinator in Perth, Western Australia to support their Key Account Management team. This full-time role involves coordinating capital equipment order contracts, managing documentation, and assisting with invoicing to ensure a seamless customer experience. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and possess strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Ansvarsområden

Coordinate capital equipment order contract deliverables from sale through to delivery and invoicing.
Monitor order milestones, delivery schedules, dependencies, and potential risks.
Prepare and manage delivery scopes of work and customer-specific equipment modifications.
Maintain accurate CRM, order management, and account records.
Coordinate invoicing documentation and liaise with Finance to support timely billing.
Prepare reports, maintain action registers, and support audit-ready documentation.
Collaborate with teams across Supply Chain, Logistics, Product Support, Workshops, Service, Finance, and Sales to ensure customer commitments are met.
Identify, manage, and escalate risks, issues, or delays impacting customer outcomes.
Support Sandvik's commitment to safety, compliance, and continuous improvement.

Krav

Experience in sales coordination, commercial administration, contract management, project coordination, or a similar support role.
Highly organised, able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
Comfortable working with business systems and Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to maintain accurate records and support activities from order placement through to invoicing.
Must have the right to live and work in Australia.

Önskade kvalifikationer

Experience within the mining, construction, heavy equipment, engineering, or industrial sectors will be highly regarded.
Exposure to CRM, ERP, or order management systems is desirable.
An understanding of contract delivery and commercial administration processes is desirable.
A qualification in Business, Commerce, Project Management or a related discipline is desirable.
Pre-employment medical will be required.
