Ansvarsområden

Performing administration tasks concerning the whole employee cycle, from hiring to termination.
Providing payroll support, including running additional checks.
Processing ongoing orders from the country in the system, such as ad hoc reports and OM changes.
Contacting the national HR unit for clarifications.
Working with Excel for data analysis.
Handling inquiries via a "helpline" (telephone/e-mail/chat).

Krav

Proficiency in Czech/Slovak and English.
Interest in HR, payroll, or Czech/Slovak philology (appreciated but not mandatory).
Skills improvement in MS Office.
Ability to establish relationships with people and create a relaxed atmosphere.

Willingness to learn and take initiative.
