Transcom is looking for a Junior HR Support Specialist in Tirana to assist with personnel administration, payroll, and data management. The role involves preparing contracts, updating HR systems, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Ansvarsområden

Manage employee files (physical and digital), ensuring accuracy and updates.
Prepare contractual packages (employment contracts, addenda) in compliance with legislation.
Update and implement internal regulations and company policies.
Manage data in HR systems (HRIS), ensuring data integrity.
Support payroll process: collect, verify, and organize salary and benefits data.
Monitor attendance, leaves, absences, and overtime hours.
Coordinate with TA and OPS departments for onboarding and new employee integration.
Handle employee administrative requests (certifications, employment verifications, official documents).
Prepare periodic HR reports and support basic data analysis.
Ensure compliance with the Labor Code and company policies in all HR processes.
Support internal and external audits with complete and organized documentation.
Archive and organize documentation according to company standards.
Maintain complete confidentiality of employee information.

Krav

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or related fields.
2-3 years of experience in HR or personnel administration.
Proficient knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel) and/or Google Workspace.
Good knowledge of the Labor Code and HR practices.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Excellent knowledge of English and Italian languages (minimum B2 level, written and spoken).
Desire for professional development in the HR field.
