Nordea Asset Management is seeking a Junior AI Implementation Specialist in Portugal to deploy AI tools focused on knowledge bases, agentic workflows, and business automations. The role involves assisting in the technical implementation of AI use cases within the Innovation team, with a hybrid work model after an initial on-site period.

Ansvarsområden

Deploy AI tools within the organization, focusing on knowledge bases, agentic workflows, and business automations.
Assist in the technical implementation of AI use cases.
Be part of a cross-functional team deploying AI in the organization.
Work within the Innovation team to build a framework around AI technologies.
Simplify processes, better understand the market, and invent new ways of working through AI.
Apply theoretical and technical knowledge to real-world problems.
Support other teams in implementing AI use cases.

Krav

Fluent in English.
Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Analytics, or other numerate subject.
Strong analytical mindset with high commitment and attention to detail.
Solid understanding of Agentic AI (Skills, system prompt, governance).
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Familiarity with best practices in Prompt Engineering and working with large language models (LLMs).
Proactive, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Önskade kvalifikationer

Genuine interest in finance and asset management topics is a plus.
Prior experience in projects involving AI agents, business intelligence, and data handling is a plus.
Experience with Agentic Frameworks (e.g., Microsoft Copilot Studio, n8n).
Experience with Automation Frameworks (e.g., Power Automate).
Experience with Cloud Data Warehousing (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks).
Solid understanding of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) principles and modern machine learning techniques.
Proficiency in Python with hands-on experience building agents.
Experience with Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Other European language considered an asset.
