The IT Support Associate will provide on-site support for AV/VC systems, troubleshooting complex integrated systems and guiding non-technical users. Responsibilities include infra tasks, maintaining equipment, and collaborating with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless event operations and continuous improvement.

Ansvarsområden

  • Provide in-person service and support for AV/VC systems for events and meetings.
  • Troubleshoot issues with AV systems, particularly complex integrated systems.
  • Work with on-premise IT technicians, contractors, and integrators to troubleshoot and repair systems.
  • Communicate with manufacturers and vendors for repair or RMA of faulty equipment and manage local inventory.
  • Collaborate with partner teams to improve customer experience.
  • Maintain communication with customers and stakeholders, documenting incident progress.
  • Perform appearance and preventive maintenance visits to conference rooms.
  • Collaborate on technical documentation and SOPs.
  • Daily travel between sites is required.
  • Occasional after-hours work may be required.

Krav

  • 1+ years of corporate setting Windows, Mac or Linux Operating systems support experience.
  • Experience troubleshooting integrated and interdependent computer systems.
  • Experience maintaining zebra thermal printers, troubleshooting thin clients, PCs, scanners, and portable handheld terminals.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, Cisco/CCNA, Linux (Redhat), Microsoft hardware (installation), AWS, or other industry relevant certifications.
  • Experience in a dynamic environment with a high degree of customer service.
