Zycus is seeking an IT Support Engineer Intern to join their IT operations team. The intern will provide day-to-day support for application installation, endpoint troubleshooting on Windows and macOS, and assist with IT operations processes and automation initiatives in a hybrid work setting.

Ansvarsområden

Assist with application installation, updates, and uninstalls on Windows and macOS endpoints.
Troubleshoot common OS, application, and connectivity issues for end users.
Support ticket triage and resolution tracking using an ITSM tool.
Assist with basic software packaging/deployment tasks and testing.
Help document SOPs and troubleshooting guides for common issues.
Support patch management and software compliance checks.
Assist with testing and QA of internal automation workflows (Power Automate, low-code tools).
Provide general coordination support for ongoing IT projects.

Krav

Recently completed degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
Working knowledge of Windows and macOS: installing software, basic system settings, common troubleshooting steps.
Comfortable with hands-on macOS environments.
Strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
Eagerness to learn enterprise IT support practices.
Microsoft Entra knowledge.

Önskade kvalifikationer

Any Microsoft fundamentals certification (MS-900/SC-900/AZ-900).
Basic scripting exposure (PowerShell/shell).
