Amazon seeks an IT Support Associate for its Service Desk in Bengaluru, Karnataka. This on-site role involves providing IT support to operations and internal teams, troubleshooting end-user devices and operating systems (Windows, Linux), and adhering to SLAs. A Bachelor's degree and at least 1 year of experience are required.

Ansvarsområden

  • Provide IT support to Amazon Internal customers (APAC/EMEA/AMER Operations/IT team/Customer support).
  • Troubleshoot issues on client devices including desktops, laptops, printers, and scanners.
  • Troubleshoot issues on Windows and Linux operating systems.
  • Adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and OTS Service Desk Goals (Response and Resolution SLA, CSAT).
  • Manage incidents effectively.

Krav

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 1+ year of Service Desk or technical support work experience.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Proficiency in clear and concise communication.
  • Basic knowledge on IT troubleshooting on end-user devices.
  • Basic understanding and troubleshooting skills on Windows and Linux operating systems.
  • Willingness to work a 5-day work week with variable scheduled days off based on shift patterns and business needs.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Basic understanding of ITIL-Based Ticketing Tools and Monitoring Tools.
  • Basic understanding and troubleshooting skills on Network.
