The IT Support Associate II in Gurgaon, Haryana, India, provides essential IT support to Amazon Operations. Responsibilities include maintaining and troubleshooting IT equipment such as PCs, printers, and handheld devices, as well as managing the RMA process.

Ansvarsområden

  • Maintenance of IT equipment throughout the Fulfillment sites.
  • Troubleshooting of all IT related equipment such as PCs, wireless handheld devices, thin clients, printers and other end user devices.
  • Manage RMA and repair process for all devices under warranty.
  • Support the Senior Engineers in daily projects and activities as directed.
  • Supporting of multiple buildings around the area and flexible to travel to sites with in the state /region.
  • Ensure all safety procedures are adhered to while performing work.

Krav

  • 1+ years of corporate setting Windows, Mac or Linux Operating systems support experience
  • Experience troubleshooting integrated and interdependent computer systems
  • Experience maintaining zebra thermal printers, troubleshooting thin clients, PCs, scanners, and portable handheld terminals

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, Cisco/CCNA, Linux (Redhat), Microsoft hardware (installation), AWS, or other industry relevant certifications
  • Experience in a dynamic environment with a high degree of customer service
